Som HR Generalist på HR-avdelningen blir dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter att handlägga personalärenden för våra center i Jönköping, Bollnäs och Arlanda. Du fungerar som chefsstöd i olika förekommande personalfrågor, genomför rekryteringar och arbetar med rehabilitering, personaladministration och rapportering samt fackliga relationer.

Kvalifikationer

Vi söker dig som har PA-utbildning och har ca 1-3 års erfarenhet av att arbeta med HR. Alternativt har du ingen vidareutbildning inom PA men har en väl dokumenterad erfarenhet av kvalificerat HR-arbete. För att trivas i den här rollen måste du tycka om att arbeta operativt och i ett fartfyllt tempo. Viktigt är att du även trivs med att arbeta administrativt.

Main tasks

As a Driver Helper you work with one of our drivers and together you are responsible for the packages reaching our customers. You work independently in your deliveries of packages, but cooperation with the driver is of importance.

As a Driver Helper you are the face of the company and you are very important to our business and it is therefore important that you are service oriented.

The work often maintains a high tempo and heavy lifting can occur, so the work demands good physics.

Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter som PE Specialist är att se till att UPS lokaler, utrustning och tillgångar är i gott skick, samt att deras standard följer både UPS anvisningar samt lagar och förordningar. UPS launched the ‘UPS Access Point’ service in 2012 to provide convenient delivery options to consumers who buy goods on the Internet. This new service allows online shoppers to select a retail collection point (e.g. convenience stores, newsagents, petrol stations) to have their goods delivered to, thereby eliminating the need to be at home on the day of delivery.

As part of this innovative service offering, we are recruiting an Access Point Inside Support Representative (APISR) to UPS Järfalla. As an APISR, you would be responsible for the back-office support for both the Nordic Access Points and the Field Co-coordinators (APSRs). You will support the APSRs in their daily work of recruitment, training and management of the Access Points. You will be the front line support for the Access Point operators in case of questions or issues, managing both inbound and outbound calls. Based in Järfalla, Sweden and covering Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland but our predominant requirement is for Sweden and therefore, a preference will be given to those that speak Swedish + a potential selection of other Nordic Languages.

You will have the following responsibilities in your workday:

• Supporting the recruitment and on-boarding of a potential Access Point:

• Validate potential Access Points based on the field qualification information provided by the UPS Field Representative (APSR)
• Update and ensure suitability of the Access Point data in order to close the on-boarding process
• Support the training of the Access Point candidate
• Perform the first “welcome call” as soon as the candidate is active

• Supporting the Access Points in their daily operations

Kvalifikationer & personliga egenskaper:
Tidigare erfarenhet inom kundtjänst är meriterande. Du bör ha mycket god datorvana samt ha mycket goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska.

Som person söker vi efter dig med mycket hög servicekänsla, som tycker om kundkontakt och som kan ge klara besked. Du bör också klara av ett högt tempo utan att tappa kundfokus och servicenivå.
