We are searching for a Digital Electronic Engineer / Designer for the further development of the prototype into an industrial version.
What power does the role entail?

The role entails involvement in the whole development aspects and process of our products from the early concepting phases to mass production. Your creative skills come to great use in creating a strategy and action plan and development and implementation decisions to ensure we’re launching the right products / features at the right time.
•Role Description and Duties:
The work will be done in a small team (2-3 engineers). You will work closely with our FPGA engineer in developing our new cyber-security system prototype into a product. You are expected to be a self-driven person who can work independently and research solutions to solve the problem.
Your responsibilities and duties as an Electronics Engineer include:
-Go through the previous work and organize it.
-Define the requirements, specifications, and overall board architecture.
-Development and design of electronic circuit boards containing digital components for testing and for production.
-Perform an electronic components selection study.
-Electronic design work: PCB, schematics, layout, test and verification.
-Debug and troubleshoot a PCB using electronic engineering tools such as oscilloscope, signal generator, soldering equipment both for SMD HMD components.
-Creation of the development, design, test, and production documentation.
In case you have FPGA skills:
-Go through the available testbenches, organize it, and develop them to work with the new design.
-Write new unit and system testbenches for the product.
-Develop and perform the test plan.
•Role Requirements:
The right candidate must show the following range of skills and qualifications:
-Master of Science or bachelor’s degree within electronics engineering.
-Very good problem solving and research mentality.
-Experience in electronic design work, schematics, layout, test and verification.
-Experience in one of the schematics and PCB layout design tool like Altium or similar.
-Experience in laboratory work and equipment such as oscilloscope, signal generator, and soldering equipment.
-Fluent in English or Swedish.
It is a merit if the candidate has the following skills:
-Two or more years of experience in electronic design work.
-Experience in computer organization and architecture.
-Experience in storage system (HDD and SSD).
-Experience with one or more of the following protocols: ATA, SATA, PCI, SPI, I2C, UART, Ethernet, and wireless communication.
-Knowledge in High speed digital circuits (DDR2, DDR3, PCI-E).
-Proven track record of PCB board bring-up preferably with programmable devices such as SoCs and FPGAs.
-experience and skills in EMC, production, and production test.
-experience and skills in Verilog, VHDL, and UVM.
