Som serviceingenjör hos oss kommer du att arbeta med konstruktion och underhåll av utrusning för produktion av solceller. Du kommer vara en del av ett mindre team som arbetar nära för att finna lösningar på små och stora problem och utmaningar i vår produktion av både maskiner och solpaneler.
Du som söker
För att trivas hos Midsummer behöver du uppskatta att växa med eget ansvar och samtidigt jobba i team som stöttar varandra. Du gillar tempo och är inte rädd för att fatta beslut när det behövs. Du har mycket goda kommunikations egenskaper och lätt för att samarbeta med människor från alla sorters branscher och bakgrunder. Vidare är du kvalitetsmedveten och strukturerad, men kan samtidigt anpassa dig till en organisation i utveckling där alla rutiner inte är inarbetade.
Kvalifikationer:
Du är utbildad maskiningenjör eller har en likvärdig utbildning.
Har erfarenhet av tillverkning, gärna bearbetning.
Har erfarenhet av att arbeta med vakuumutrustning.
Du har kunskaper om systematiskt maskinunderhåll.
Du har truckkörkort.



Ytterligare information
Anställningen är en tillsvidaretjänst med sex månaders provanställning.
Arbetet innebär flertalet tjänsteresor.
Tjänsten är baserad i Järfälla.

About the role

Silex Microsystems is now looking for a Maintenance Engineer within the lithography area. This role is to improve the uptime of key equipment within the manufacturing facility coordinating with service and process engineering teams. This role reports directly to the Lithography Area Manager.

Main tasks and responsibilities include:

- Maintenance activities in the area including documentation and training.

- Equipment monitoring through SPC evaluation.

- Contact with equipment vendors for planning of service interventions.

- Improving the uptime of equipment.

- Lead the Service team to find the root cause of failures and document findings.

- Support facility team in installations in the area, modifications, and upgrades to existing tools.

We believe that you:

- Have a university degree within mechanical engineering or similar.

- Experience within an engineering or maintenance role would be beneficial.

- Are interested in a hands-on role that keeps you engaged.

- Are fluent in Swedish and English.

- Are driven, confident and enthusiastic to make a difference.
