We look to this team to get an answer both to the how and to the what. Further, we envision this team to drive implementation of processes and tools, as well as educating team and managers.

In doing this we believe we need a mix of personalities so that the team as a whole can focus on details, the bigger picture and the people all at once.

What we know

You will be part of developing our world-class Combat Management System. The position is located in our facilities in Järfälla where you will be working closely with cross-functional development teams and dedicated project teams. Development and delivery of these products take place at multiple sites in Sweden, Finland and Australia, with more than 500 colleagues.

The release team will enable smooth deliveries form our development teams by focusing on and spreading the word about the following aspects:

* Plans and processes
* Implementation strategy, knowledge sharing and team training
* Test and integration
* Requirement handling
* Quality
* Release and branching strategy
* Aligning all above between the sights in Sweden, Finland and Australia

* Experience from release management, quality management or test strategy management

Om rollen

I rollen som Produktionsplanerare kommer du ha en central roll i att planera och koordinera produktionen av våra komplexa system och produkter. Arbetet bedrivs oftast i projektform, där du säkerställer att produkterna uppfyller höga kvalitetsstandarder och levereras enligt givna tidsramar.

Arbetsuppgifter

Analysera produktionsflöden och utvärdera material- och resursbehov

Samarbeta med olika avdelningar för att driva verksamhetsutvecklingsprojekt

Säkerställa att produktionen följer givna tidsramar och kvalitetsstandarder

Ha övergripande ansvar för produkter från initiering till färdigmontering

Kvalifikationer

BSc inom produktion, logistik eller produktionsplanering

Minst 3 års erfarenhet inom produktion, logistik eller produktionsplanering

Goda kunskaper i Excel, VBA, och IFS är meriterande

Mycket goda kunskaper i Svenska och engelska

Svensk medborgare och säkerhetskontroll är ett absolut krav

Personliga Egenskaper

The group is responsible for the competences within ILS & System Safety at Electronic Warfare (EW) in Järfälla, and are present in development projects within all our product families.



In this role you will be a part of the development of world-class EW technology such as Gripen E EW System and Global Eye EW systems. The team leader for ILS & System Safety activities is a very important role to be an ambassador for the life cycle perspective in the development of our products.

Tasks will include:

* Project budget responsibility and cost follow-up
* Calculation of ILS & Safety activities in quotations
* Member of the Project Management Team with the exclusive right of managing all ILS activities
* Coordinate the team activities with the development in the other project teams
* Hold team meetings
* Be responsible for the day-to-day conduct and progress of the activities in the ILS team and for the supervision of all work therein
