Supply chain är den magiska länken mellan inköp, logistik och försäljningsverksamheten på Lidl. För att göra detta framgångsrikt söker du självständigt information hos oss internt men även i den övriga organisationen. Du har också ett nära samarbete med våra inköpare samt med övriga medarbetare på supply chain. Vid sidan av den löpande bearbetningen av inkommande ärenden kommer även andra administrativa uppgifter tillkomma, såsom att göra rapportsammanställningar samt analysera försäljningsstatistik.

Din profil

Vi söker dig som just nu studerar på högskola eller universitet, gärna inom områden såsom supply chain, logistik eller motsvarande samt har erfarenhet av arbete från dagligvaruhandeln. Du är en driven ”informationssökare” med god analytisk förmåga och du tackar aldrig nej till att dyka ner i stora datamängder.

Är du vår nya administrativa stjärna som tycker om att driva projekt? I rollen som projektledare arbetar du med varierande arbetsuppgifter i en utvecklande miljö på vår inköpsavdelning. Tjänsten är ett vikariat med start enligt överenskommelse till och med 29 februari 2024.

Din roll

Som projektledare ingår du i ett team om 8 personer som ansvarar för den dagliga driften inom inköpsadministrationen. I rollen ansvarar du för vår egenrevision där du följer upp och säkerställer att den data som administrerats i våra affärssystem har bearbetats korrekt. Beroende på din tidigare erfarenhet kommer du självständigt eller tillsammans med Teamchefen ansvara för implementering, test och utrullning av nya systemfunktioner, processer och projekt. I din roll tar du fram projektplaner och ansvarar för det praktiska genomförandet, där utbildning och presentationer kan ingå. Du gör projektutvärderingar och följer upp att projektens mål och syfte har uppfyllts.
I rollen är du även delaktig i sortimentsutvecklingen på Lidl, genom att exempelvis sammanställa produktlistor, föra protokoll samt uppdatera dokument. För dina ansvarsområden hanterar du de löpande uppgifterna men driver även det framåtriktade arbetet med att utveckla rutiner och processer. Utöver att ha kontakt med kollegor på de olika avdelningarna har du även löpande kontakt med vårt huvudkontor i Tyskland och med kollegor i andra länder.

Din profil

Vi ser gärna att du har en akademisk utbildning och söker dig som är en driven och analytisk person som självständigt kan ta ansvar för att driva en idé till avslut. Du finner dig enkelt tillrätta i olika sammanhang och har lätt för att samarbeta, vilket underlättas av att du är lösningsorienterad och mån om att hålla deadline. Du har en mycket god känsla för siffror och detaljer samt är van vid att arbeta med stora datamängder. Office-paketet behärskar du obehindrat, framförallt Excel.

Som projektledare ingår du i ett team om 8 personer som ansvarar för den dagliga driften inom inköpsadministrationen. You will be a member of the sourcing commodity group Electronic within the Sourcing and Supply organization in Surveillance Järfälla. The department contains of 20 persons working with strategic and operative purchasing. You will work closely together in Supplier teams.
The role also includes interfaces like engineering and quality management.

Tasks will include:

- Manage supplier audit planning and perform activities such as audits and qualifications at supplier in order to ensure their
ability as well as qualify process, product quality and delivery capability at supplier’s production site.
- All supplier performance activities across all functional teams within Surveillance, both in ongoing production programs as well
as in supplier development programs
- Work proactive with risk mitigations and preventive improvements in close cooperation both internally and with our suppliers
- Identify and communicate relevant requirements in the supply chain and preparation of inbound processes; covering risk areas
related to products quality and delivery capability
- Manage supplier deviations with strong focus in improvements by challenge and support suppliers in defining and
implementing preventive actions.

Vi söker en Replenishment specialist mederfarenhetav order- och varuflödesplanering för att stärka vårt Replenishment team.Tjänsten rapporterar direkt tillFulfillment & Replenishment Manager och arbetar på vårt huvudkontor i Stockholm, Järfälla.
Uppdraget med denna roll är att samarbeta med Procurement & Logistics team och definieraprodukternas beställningscykel,planera behovet, placeringen av beställningar och orderspårning med leverantörerna.Replenishment specialistenäger tillgängligheten av produktgrupper i syfte att ha rätt produkter med rätt volymer och rätt distributioner bland butikerna.

Viktiga ansvarsområden.
Hantera orderplacering, justering och uppföljning i tid med respekt för snäva tidsfrister
Hantera leverantörsorder & prognos tillsammans med produktchefer och ansvara för 4-Eye-principen för inköpsbelopp
Ansvarig för lagerdistribution till butikerna och tillgång till varorna
Använda Relex Replenishment Tool för orderplanering, prognoser och distribution
Ansvarig för uppföljning av öppna beställningar och korrigering av beställningar baserat på feedback från leverantörer
Hjälpa butiker & logistikteam med kundbeställningar och orderrelaterade frågor

Din profil.
Vi tror att du har en ekonomisk eller logistisk universitetsexamen eller relevant arbetslivserfarenhet tillsammans med erfarenhet av logistik och planering. Du är flexibel med förmåga att se både detaljer och större bild. Goda Excel färdigheter är ett måste för att lyckas i tjänsten. Du har god förståelse för planering av varuflöden, ledtid för produktioner och logistik. Det är meriterande om du har erfarenhet från Relex System, men inte ett krav. Du har gedigna skriftliga och muntliga färdigheter i svenska och engelska.
