For Restaurant Chef:
We are looking for 2 chefs for our restaurant (Original Sri Lanka) who are enthusiastic, creative and fully qualified to assist in running our busy restaurant kitchen.
The successful applicants will have previous experience of :
-managing a busy kitchen
-setting menus and food pricing
-cooking Sri Lankan traditional dishes in Sri Lankan restaurant
-bringing his or her own creativity in the dishes.
We are looking for the chefs who must have sound knowledge of Sri Lankan Culture and food styles and who have the passion to help us in produce innovative dishes and enhance the overall dining experience for our customers. Sinhala and English is must but Swedish is an advantage.
For Assistant Manager
We are looking for a happy, energetic and experienced Assistant manager for our restaurant who will deal with the customers, resolving problems related to customers. Along with managing and storing vendors will deal with the account related matters, will keep records of all the receipts/invoices and reservations. She or he must have arithmetic skills. It's an advantage to have experience in working in Sri Lanka restaurant and have sound knowledge about Sri Lankan cuisines and culture. The applicant must have a degree of business background. English is must for him or her but Sinhala and Swedish is an advantage.
