We are looking for an enthusiastic and positive Sales Associate to join our ETON Shirts Outlet team in Stockholm Quality Outlet, Barkarby. The successful candidate will be well presented and articulate, with the confidence to offer a luxury service and build relationships with clients.

Responsibilities
Greeting customers entering the store with genuine enthusiasm and a desire to help everyone
Building up a client base and proactively contacting customers with any launches or new releases relevant to their brand interests
Maintaining store standards and re-merchandising the store based on current and in-store trends
Stockroom duties and inventory needs
Assisting the management team in maximizing stores sales and profitability
Completing all the necessary administration tasks.


Experience and Qualifications
You have a proven track record in value and volume of sales and are a sales driver
Luxury retail background with menswear would be advantageous
Full product and brand training will be provided

Responsibilities
• Reaching set sales budgets and KPI’s
• All operational matters at store level
• Maintain Eton’s Customer Service Excellence
• Hire, coach and develop team-members
• Be a role-model and lead by example
• Initiate and implement Eton events at store level
• Staff schedule management
• Responsible for opex at store level
• Partner with corporate outlet supervisor on maintaining correct inventory levels and identifying product needs
• Overseeing standard operating procedures / implement efficiencies in store routines (best practices)
• Manage POS, CRM, click n collect and other digital applications and systems
• Liaison between store and landlord
The position reports to Global Outlet Supervisor.
Joining date: flexible but preferably mid April


Experience and Qualifications
• Ideally a minimum of 2 years of store management experience with proven track record of success.
• And/or a longer extensive sales track record, can be from other similar industries
• And /or a minimum of 2 years of project management at corporate level with managerial responsibilities
• Or a combined 2 years of experience in some or many of the above-mentioned tasks
• Fluent in Swedish, business English is a plus
